Reviews and Ratings
We had an incredible stay at this hotel while visiting Machu Picchu! The service was outstanding, with staff going above and beyond, especially Santiago and Victor, who were incredibly helpful and attentive. Our room had a beautiful view of the river and a luxurious jacuzzi tub, making it perfect for relaxation after a long day. The only downside was that we didn't get to say a proper thank you to Santiago before leaving, which was disappointing. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for its exceptional staff, comfort, and ideal location in Aguas Calientes.
My stay at this hotel was fantastic, especially with its friendly and attentive staff who went out of their way to help us with our plans for visiting Machu Picchu. The room was modern and spacious, complete with a jacuzzi and a lovely river view, perfect for unwinding after a long day of exploring. However, the breakfast could use a bit more variety and was a minor letdown. Overall, the hotel is a great value and a wonderful launching point for an exciting trip.
My one-night stay at Jaya was lovely, especially considering its close proximity to the train station. The spacious room was comfortable, featuring a luxurious hot tub and fast Wi-Fi. The breakfast experience was delightful, offering impressive views and a tasty selection. However, the lack of air conditioning made the room feel stuffy at times. Overall, it was a great value for the price paid.
My stay at Familia Jaya Suite Machu Picchu was nothing short of spectacular! The staff was incredibly kind and accommodating, and our room boasted breathtaking views of the surroundings. We truly enjoyed the added luxury of a massage service. However, the inside rooms can be a bit cramped without outside windows, and we had to arrange for a fan for some extra cooling. Overall, this place is a gem for those looking to unwind after exploring Machu Picchu.
My stay at the Jaya Machu Pichu hotel was a mix of wonderful experiences and some drawbacks. On the positive side, the spacious and modern rooms along with the exceptional breakfast made for a delightful stay. The staff, particularly Angela, provided outstanding service during a tough situation. However, I can't overlook the mosquito issue in one of the other experiences, and the lack of air conditioning was an inconvenience.
